She has spent 5 years at Deutsche Bank progressing from intern to associate, with hands-on work in data analysis, prediction models and building internal tools.

Mafia Night for Builders

Your bottleneck is 'how do I get users', not 'what do I build'.

You want systems that run while you sleep, not another campaign.

You've been meaning to automate the pipeline for six months.

You can build the product. Now you need a repeatable way to sell it.

Shubham is a Product Manager at Finfactor, where he led end-to-end pricing, GTM, and commercial design for an enterprise DPDPA product.

He closed anchor enterprise clients, ran 30+ demos across NBFCs and fintechs, and writes Venture Unlocked, a newsletter read by 5,000+ founders on how capital and GTM actually work.

He's the person behind Pune's hands-on AI buildathons, including a Voice AI Buildathon and a 90-minute ship-an-automation sprint. He runs this GTM session the same way: less explaining, more shipping, feedback while there's still time to change it.

Neeti is a Senior Product Manager who has led 0-to-1 and growth-stage products across real estate, fintech, and wellness, scaling platforms to 50K+ users.

At Justo Brokerage, she built the user insights function from scratch, launched growth and SEO initiatives that cut CAC by 50%, and led development of a chatbot that became their highest-converting acquisition channel.

Her hands-on experience reducing CAC, building lead-conversion systems, and running growth experiments maps directly to the GTM workflows this buildathon asks you to ship.

Just a notebook (or digital notes), curiosity, and a willingness to engage. Some sessions may include exercises or prompts.

Mindstix Software Labs

It's a community gathering where each attendee brings (or speaks about) one book that genuinely changed their life. Think of it as part book club, part storytelling night, part nostalgia trip — a slow, warm evening of stories and recommendations.

What is this event about?

Both GrowthX (Gx) members and non-members. You don't need to be part of the Gx community to join.

No. Speaking is encouraged but never required. If you'd rather just listen, sip coffee, and walk away with a new reading list, that's a perfectly fine way to spend the evening.

Do I have to speak?

Each person who wants to share gets a few minutes (final time slot will be confirmed on the day, depending on how many of you raise your hands). No slides, no prep needed — just talk about the book and what it did to you

How long do speakers get?

Anything. Fiction, non-fiction, poetry, scripture, a business book, a children's book, a comic, a cookbook. If it changed something in you, it qualifies.

What kind of book counts?

Yes, if you can. Holding the book up while you talk about it is part of the magic. A Kindle, photo, or just the title written down works too.

Should I bring a physical copy?

We've made the event free for GX Members, those who have paid will get a refund - we want to make this super accessible to anyone who wants to come in!
