I and two other team members were tasked with predicting loan defaulters in an open dataset.
We performed exploratory data analysis including time-series analysis to observe trends among different attributes in the dataset. A user interface using Flask and Plotly.js was built to present these visualizations and predictions.

Mafia Night is an evening where builders come together, play, strategise, bluff, debate and actually get to know each other.

1verse’s first M&A was with 1Bridge (https://1bridge.one/) where we built a metaverse layer on top of 1Bridge’s e-commerce business touching 5 Mn+ Users and $100 Mn+ in transactions. 1. Go-to guy for all things product and strategy - built corp level strategy, product strategy - GTM and building culture. 2. Change Management to integrate 100+ Employees and CXOs to new management and operative realm. 3. Shipped 0-1 Metaverse Product to 250+ Villages accounting to 300K+ Sessions. 4. Built Async Product, Design and Ops teams to streamline, roadmap, ship and analyse resulting in sharp increase in Revenue, AOV and other meaningful e-commerce metrics. 5. Built Brand Partnerships Across EV, Healthcare and Sports Entertainment. Overall Metaverse as a technology still has a long way to do especially with respect to how people adopt it and make it part of their digital device attention budget along with the groundbreaking smart phone, i think it would be exciting to see how Apple’s Vision Pro performs in the market and general trickling of metaverse across markets.

Mobius Development Studio Happened when i was travelling to Kedarnath (Uttarakhand, Himalayas, India) I had been thinking about real money games and how to make it more responsible and by pure synchronicity/serendipity i had the privilege to build the fastest growing early stage real money rummy business in India led by alums of IIT Bombay, IIT KGP, IIT Madras. 1. Worked improving the economy design to create pleasant gaming experience and ensuring a balance between- Number of Games Played by the User, Money Wagered by the user. 2. Coupled with (1) and Leading a Skeuomorphic Product Design Language and many other factors and their interactions - mostly - building solid teams, having pre and post release rituals led sharp increase in retention and referrals. 3. Led Research, Development and PnL by adding new games like Call Break, Fantasy Cricket, Poker which led to virtuous cycle of improving revenues and drastically reducing (~50%) CAC. Hands Down the best experience - primarily because of a super smart team and opportunity to indulge in maths and art for overall product experience - I’d love to experience more of responsible and clean RMG more in my career (I hope, the universe is listening) - :) - Grateful.

Joined Medcords as a Product Manager/Lead to own their consumer app called Aayu (Available on play store) - Vision of Medcords is super noble i.e creating digital health infrastructure in tier2/3/rural India by building access to affordable consultations, health data/report keeping service (imagine this like a google drive for health reports for patients on a inidvidual and family level) supported by Microsoft and Sanjeev Bikchandani Sir. 1.Scaled the Consumer Healthcare Business to 1 Mn+ Users in 3 Months (Crazy hard work and team spirit). 2. Led retention initiatives and subscription explorations to drive DAU/MAU, Number of Health Reports/User, Referrals, No.of Consultations/User. 3. Built Analytics rails via firebase, google studio, clevertap to manage the rocket-ship. 4. Built the first covid stack in india which led to revenue peaks and a lot of internal satisfactions. I think it is super hard at the moment to build a digital consultation business and health report business but I definitely sense large scale opportunities with respect to digital/omni channel pharmacy business - I’m convinced and hoping to see large digital pharmacy businesses building huge revenues, lot of M&A expected - I’m keeping my eye on this and perhaps will blog about this.
