How to Participate:

‍The raffle will begin on October 16, 2024, at 12:00 PM and will end on October 16, 2024, at 6:30 PM (the "Raffle Period"). Each prize will have a specific participation window of 90 minutes during which entrants can participate:

• Tissot Watch: 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM
• Marshall Speaker: 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM
• Coldplay Concert Tickets: 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM

To enter, participants must complete the eligibility criteria specified by GrowthX during each window. Each eligible entry will be considered valid for the respective prize.

Prizes:

‍Three winners will be selected to receive one of the following prizes:

‍

1. A Tissot Watch
2. A Marshall Speaker
3. Coldplay Concert Tickets

Prize Conditions:

• GrowthX reserves the right to select the brand, model, and availability of the prizes at its sole discretion.
• In case any of the prizes are unavailable, delayed, or canceled, GrowthX may substitute the prize with a product of comparable or greater value.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be substituted by the winner.
• The prizes will be delivered to the winners within 2 weeks after the announcement, except for Coldplay tickets, which will be provided one week before the event.
• GrowthX is not responsible for any additional costs or expenses not included as part of the prize.

Winner Selection and Notification:

• Winners for each prize will be selected through a random draw conducted electronically after each participation window closes.
• Winners will be notified via email and slack shortly after the conclusion of the Raffle Period.
• GrowthX reserves the right to announce winners publicly via its website, app, or social media.
• If a winner cannot be reached within 1 day or fails to confirm their details, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

Winner Verification:

• GrowthX may require verification of identity and eligibility from winners. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
• If a winner is disqualified, GrowthX will select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entrants.

By participating in the raffle, entrants agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions and accept GrowthX’s decisions as final and binding.
