What is the proof of work we will create?

Each week, we will progressively solve a part of the growth equation for your product. More than 90% of the members work on a tech product & if you aren't working on one, you will be given options to pick one.

Proof of work is core to retaining learning from the live sprints.

It is all about building the right problem-solving muscle. If you pick your own product for this assignment, you will have a full-blown growth strategy for your own product by week 5, imagine that!

Do you only cover B2C business models? What about B2B?

Over 40% of our members work at a B2B SaaS/ full stack org. We build case studies from a variety of business models across B2B, B2C, and even B2B2C. Growth as a function has been overly dramatised in the Indian context - the base frameworks are based on high-conviction experiments that have done well and you learn stuff that will make you a thinker than a “checklist” follower.

Some of the case studies include Razorpay, Wix, Slack, Mailerlite, Hubspot, Canva & 10s of more. Some business models we do NOT cover include companies using only direct sales force-based acquisition & enterprises like services companies (for example, website building agencies) that serve product-based companies.

Are there any prerequisites or preparation I should have/do before starting the learning sprint?

No, and we believe you’ll find immediate value in our sprints, no matter where you are in your professional journey. We know career development doesn’t take place in a straight line, which is why we designed our sprints to help you solve the challenges you face today.

If you’re new to growth or marketing, we recommend starting diligently with our pre-reads before each sprint, but it’s not a prerequisite. Whether you’re looking to nail down the foundations of a specific function or become more strategic, transitioning from an IC to a leader, or wanting to dive deeper into a specific subject, GrowthX helps you make an impact in your role and the business.

I have a full time job, how much time will I need to spare? is this for me?

100% of GrowthX members have an intense full time job. 35% of members are founders & leaders. If they can pull this off, you can too. We will help you plan your week & give you tools to manage your time.

You will spend 15 hours every week in the first 5 weeks & 20 hours every week in the next 3 weeks, majorly on weekends and some time on weekdays post working hours. Think of it this way, if 1,000+ GrowthX members have done it why can't you?
