We have seen the following template used by 100s of applicants to reimburse their GrowthX membership. You should typically use this only after you have been accepted formally. Please check fields marked in red to make changes as per your goals.
You should ideally send this email to your manager and with consent mark someone who can approve this reimbursement (typically always go through your manager). Convince your manager verbally when they are in the right state of mind - for example when you are doing a 1:1 with them and you have their full attention.

I strongly believe the learning programs (which is one of the core offerings) will help me really solve my key skill gaps and truly impact revenue for the coming quarters. The community is just solid and can become a soundboard to really get answers to a lot of tactical questions we encounter while running experiments.
Plus, with the membership I don’t need to take time off from work - I can do them part-time during office hours and on weekends. During my initial days as a member I will pick our very own product to apply distribution, onboarding, retention & monetisation nuances. I think it will impact our funnels in the short/ mid-term.

GrowthX is created by top leaders from CRED & Razorpay. Plus, they have experienced leaders teaching these programs who have led large technology companies as country MD/ Director/ Senior Directors of Apple, Netflix, Microsoft & more. Here’s an example. I am excited about the lineup across their product building, distribution & strategy programs.
Who has gone through the experience?
Over 3,000 active members from Google, Flipkart, Freshworks, Amazon, PhonePe, JIO, Canva, Netflix, Cisco, Mobikwik, Kotak, smallcase, OYO & more. Majority of their members are senior leaders with atleast 8+ years of experience. Have diversity of B2C, B2B SaaS, Enterprise SaaS across PMF, early scaling & mature stages - so I am guessing learnings will be even deeper.
What's the cost?
It’s 63,559 plus taxes & assuming GST can be claimed back. I wanted to see if I could get this membership sponsored as part of our learning & development budget. Plus, if we send 3 or more people from our company, team plan gets activated at ₹60,169 + 18% GST.
After completing the first leg of the learning programs, I can receive a certificate of completion that I will submit. This learning can be applied to the following stages of the funnel which I'm directly working on: <Mention your areas of work here>
Bottom line - GrowthX is an investment in our company. If the growth frameworks, capstone projects, and discussions with other practitioners help improve our growth even a small amount, the experience pays for itself.
