Hyderabad

Your bottleneck is getting users, not building the product.

You want repeatable systems, not one-off campaigns.

You're looking to automate parts of your GTM.

You have a product but no distribution engine yet.

Hitesh is a Core Volunteer at TG10X, Telangana's startup ecosystem initiative, where he curates and leads events for founders and early-stage startups.

He spent 14+ years building B2B SaaS products, including a run at Gainsight from employee 26 to Engineering Manager leading 18 engineers, then founded Motor360 and used AI-assisted workflows to ship with a lean team.

He has built GTM systems under real resource constraints as a founder and consultant, which is exactly what this buildathon asks every attendee to do in 6 hours.

Naganjan is building ReferMyJob and works as a Project Management Coordinator at Verizon.

His background spans operations at CoinDCX, SEO, and human resources, with hands-on experience in onboarding workflows and process coordination.

His operations and process-building experience helps him support a structured, time-boxed buildathon where every attendee ships a working system by end of day.

One working GTM system built around your actual problem

Real feedback from founders and operators who tested it

A repeatable approach to building GTM systems faster

You'll be building a live GTM system. No laptop, no build.

How long is the session?

What should I bring to the event?

Getting users for your AI product is always harder than building the tech itself.

We're hosting a 6-hour hands-on buildathon for founders and operators stuck with a GTM challenge. Bring one problem, build and test your own working GTM engine before you leave.

You'll get feedback from other founders and operators in the room and walk away with a ready-to-use system, not another theoretical plan. Naganjan Kumar and I are hosting this together, keeping it focused and practical.
