What’s the typical schedule for the first 4 weeks?
The experience consists of both asynchronous and synchronous activities. Modules are entirely virtual and consist of self-paced reading and video material as well as live sessions. You can view the schedule by logging into the member dashboard.
Here's the schedule for the first 4 weeks.

Where can I find the calendar/ joining details for the live sessions?
You can view the calendar by logging in to your member dashboard . Once you have logged in, click on Events in the menu bar to view the upcoming events and the joining details.
What can I expect in the deep dive session?
A typical deep dive session of 4 hours is structured into smaller 45 to 60 mins segments.
- Each segment addresses a core growth problem
- They are followed by a case study
- Then distilling the framework behind the case
- Each segment has a dedicated live Q&A for members.
What can I expect in the project briefing session?
During the project briefing session, you can expect to receive detailed information about the project. It is designed to provide you with a clear understanding of the requirements, objectives, and expectations.
Additionally, each project briefing session ends with a 30 minute breakout room session, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with your learning circle. These breakout sessions allow you to speed solve some the main aspect of the project and directly apply what you had learned in the deep dive sessions
Can you access live session recordings?
We will not be able to share recordings of any of the live sessions. We believe that live sessions are the key to the GrowthX experience and we want everyone to make the most out of them while they are attending the session.
How do I catch up if I miss a live session?
There’s still time to get the most out of the missed session.
- Complete the pre-read material for that session before moving further.
- Request a fellow GX member for notes.
- You can login to your member dashboard and watch the concept videos.
- We allocate a learning circle to help participants absorb and apply the frameworks from each module, reach out to your learning circle.
