Chances are you heard about CRAFTs with all the buzz and 100s of GrowthX members signing up for it. I will help you really understand how to think about CRAFTs - the latest upgrade to GrowthX membership. You can pick a CRAFT HERE
First things first, Access to CRAFTs is part of your current membership. You do not need to pay for it separately if you are already a member.

So, What are CRAFTs?

CRAFTs are specialised specific learning programmes across product building, distribution, strategy and leadership. The reason we built CRAFTs is to help operators go from early → senior leadership by creating continuous impact at companies they work for. Also, CRAFTs are built to help founders nails the first $10 million revenue.

CRAFTs are built around your work life.

We promise they are not as intense as the immersion. Every CRAFT runs over a 9 day period which starts on a Saturday & ends the next Sunday. If you sign up for the CRAFT of ELG today, let’s say it’s 10th January (Tuesday). The CRAFT will go live on 14th January (Saturday). And access to consume it closes on 22nd January (Sunday). Submit the project by 22nd January (Sunday)
In these 9 days, you can learn and complete the project whenever and however you’d like. However, we recommend, dedicated the first weekend to watching the content completely, so the rest of the week can be spent in application/ rewatching it in case of queries.

So, why 9 days?

Prioritising learning is not easy. Life always gets in the way, that new project at work, someone going on leave, a personal commitment. So once you’ve taken the decision to learn, we want you to prioritise it. And we’ll be here with you to see it through. Creating impact is really the only way to grow in your career, and it needs to be prioritised. CRAFTs are not meant to be consumed as a Netflix film, completing the project is mandatory if you want continued access to other CRAFTs/ learning experiences at GrowthX. You will directly apply what you learn on your product the very next day. Now you might be transitioning into a new role & don’t have access to the product you will be working on, we will ask you to do the specific CRAFT project on the last product you worked on or pick the target company for which you are applying for - solid proof of work to pitch during interviews.

How to pick a CRAFT to start with?

Its simple - pick a CRAFT that you can apply right away at work. This way you will build the muscle to solve problems at work with CRAFTs. If your product has higher average revenue per customer, atleast $1000 a year, event led growth could be a great fit. It attacks every single part of building and scaling an event led revenue channel including driving product discovery, account expansion, cross/up-sell for SaaS companies. If your product can scale with the right product integrations & either wants to partner with similar size companies or crack integrations with large brand, partnership led growth could be a fit. Also this CRAFT covers how to setup channel partnerships. If your product lacks brand positioning and want to figure how to dictate the right brand wedge and implement consistency of brand across all touch-points, pick Brand Led Growth. If your team lacks the right structure to analyse why a specific metric went up/ down/ sideways in your growth dashboard, Data Led Growth will give you the right method to really truth seek. Plus, it covers experimentation design in depth.

How does peer learning works with CRAFTs?

You’ will be added to a private slack channel with everyone who’s either learnt or is learning the specific CRAFT. This is your space to jam with people who are solving similar problems at work - killer, right?
