- launched financial literacy tool kit - 'FinKosh' focused on teaching money management, basics of banking, savings, and investment tools

- conducted 'Gender Sensitization' workshops to raise awareness about gender dynamics and stereotypes

- hosted fundraisers, organized webinars, book club meetings etc.

- led a team of 5+ junior consultants to calculate Social Return on Investment (SROI) for a cab-pooling solutions-based organization. Also, performed competitive analysis, designed a CSR pitch deck, and strategized to deploy the solution.

- successfully on boarded 4+ mentors for advisory from companies Bain, Deloitte and Accenture

- collaborated with real-time prospective clients including non-profit organizations and social start-ups to provide consulting services.

- conducted the largest market research (5,000+ responses) on Air Pollution in Delhi to frame workable policy recommendations in collaboration with an NGO in a team.
