Born out of a long, wholesome dinner where Amrita and I realized: we needed more women around us - to learn from, to be honest with, and to help each other navigate the hard, messy, brilliant parts of life, work, money, power and ambition. Topics we desperately needed a woman’s lens on.

I lead the Growth and Customer Success functions, which involves driving new user growth, retention and managing end to end product PnLs. This includes: - owning the whole growth funnel: awareness, acquisition, engagement and retention - solving problems across product, marketing, content, user research and community building. whatever it takes to do the best by customers! I started off as a Chief Of Staff and a generalist and later transitioned into a more function-specific role, as the company and user base's needs evolved.
