Any Individual above 12 years can participate for Ice Bath Experience. If you have extreme low BP, Any heart conditions (except heart break :P), Epilepsy episodes only then it is not recommended.

Energy Exchange is an investment and not refundable as it will be used to book the venue and also logistics for Ice.

Swim Suit/Gym wear/Athleisure anything you can wear and go into ice bucket. A Towel and an open mind to release Fears

Everything mentioned in details plus it is an emotional wellbeing activity where we will win over our fears. It will be followed by Breathing activities so expect the soothing and calming experience. You will surely be relaxed after this event.
