We recommend bringing your own if possible. A few mats may be available at the venue if needed.

Comfortable, breathable clothing you can move easily in. No special gear required.

Yes! You’re welcome to invite a +1 - a friend, colleague, or someone who’ll genuinely benefit. Just make sure they register through your invite link.

What if I can’t make it last minute?

We get it things come up. If you can’t make it, just mark “Opt-out” so we can open the spot to someone else.
Note: No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows, since spots are limited and reserved in advance.
