Zyphra

• Architected Maia’s core identity platform, building canonical identity models and services that unified Slack, desktop auth, and Google discovery into a shared identity layer instead of fragmented per-surface logic.
• Built and productionized workspace identity sync pipelines, including provider jobs, rollout controls, backfills, and hardening for accurate workspace and user resolution at scale.
• Designed Zyphra’s next-generation user knowledge architecture, spanning cold-start profile hydration, structured person/team/org wiki systems, and an RDS-backed canonical memory model for richer user understanding.
• Improved Maia’s search and retrieval stack through search orchestration, unified search/tooling upgrades, query-resolution work, and eval-driven relevance improvements.
• Built evaluation infrastructure for long-running agent workflows, including trajectory-based evals, hot-path test suites, reporting/export flows, and reliability improvements that made iteration faster and more measurable.
• Designed Maia’s scoped memory architecture across personal, DM, channel, and org contexts, enabling more relevant, privacy-aware long-context assistance instead of relying on raw chat history alone.
• Shipped user-facing agent capabilities across chat and tool workflows, including chat mode, browser automation integrations, file and image attachment support, and human-in-the-loop interaction flows.
• Strengthened platform reliability across backend, desktop, and infra through deployment automation, GitHub Actions improvements, Sentry integration, auth refactors, and operational fixes that made shipping safer and more repeatable.
