Working within a HealthTech venture studio to support early-stage product development through foundational and strategic user research, with a current focus on EMR-aligned digital health solutions and the realities of the Indian HealthTech ecosystem. My work centres on understanding clinical workflows, regulatory constraints, and operational decision-making across hospital environments so that emerging products are grounded in practical care delivery needs.

Scope of work:
• Conduct generative and exploratory research with clinicians, hospital administrators, compliance stakeholders, and IT teams to identify unmet needs and workflow challenges across EMR and hospital operations
• Design and execute mixed-method studies including in-depth interviews, focus groups, usability evaluation, and structured synthesis
• Translate regulatory, interoperability, and ecosystem considerations into clear product and experience implications
• Develop personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to inform early product direction, prioritisation, and adoption strategy
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional product, design, and engineering teams in an agile, early-stage HealthTech environment
