Led end-to-end launch of Upstox's algo trading platform Algoverse — vendor onboarding, compliance, GTM, and product rollout.

Drove Algoverse from 0 to many thousands users in Month 1, generating double digit Lakhs of revenue in M0 via education-led campaigns, webinars, and community growth.

Built and scaled partnerships with 20+ fintech and algo platforms;  onboarded majority of top-10 algo platforms in India. Led co-branded GTM — webinars, trading bootcamps, email campaigns, and social collaborations — significantly expanding API adoption.

Scaled API & algo-trading business from 0–1 to ~many crores of revenue in monthly run rate.
