Nalandadata

I lead AI at NalandaData, the AI & data vertical of S Chand, building high-quality training, post-training, evaluation and reinforcement-learning data for frontier AI models.
Our focus is on a problem becoming increasingly important as models improve: the next generation of AI needs data that models cannot simply generate themselves.
At NalandaData, we are building human-authored, expert-verified and rights-cleared datasets across reasoning, STEM, code, multimodal, multilingual and enterprise domains.
Our work spans:
• Frontier model training & post-training
• SFT, RLHF and verified-reward RL datasets
• Complex reasoning & expert-generated data
• AI evaluations and benchmarks
• Multimodal and multilingual datasets
• Enterprise and proprietary data licensing
• Custom data programs for AI labs
Coming from S Chand's decades of educational content and domain expertise gives us access to a differentiated foundation for building high-quality AI data at scale.
My goal is to help build NalandaData into one of the leading AI data companies emerging from India for the global frontier AI ecosystem.
