Beta program for the launch of mobility services for all the 100K+ employees and their families. Developed the go-to-market plan for soft launch of Outdoor customer premises equipment (CPE).

Vodafone Group

Responsible for conceptualization and rollout of key national initiatives to enhance Postpaid acquisition volumes. Created an onboarding framework to deliver superior user experience in the first 90 days' period after customer acquisition. Additional projects: 1. Championed a customer segmentation framework basis which differential service experience gets delivered to the premium customers across the subscriber base of Vodafone across 23 circles. This involved simulating the model for customer segmentation, preparing P&L to support business case, work cross functionally for stakeholder alignment and piloting in 3 circles. 2. Holistic evaluation of 121 (best deal self service platform for prepaid customers): exhaustive study covering multiple aspects like incremental ARPU & retention gains, competitive benchmarking, user experience on the platform, trade inputs, user profiling etc.

Led the rollout of key national usage enhancement initiatives on Postpaid. Led the conceptualization & implementation of Vodafone Delights (customer engagement program launched to ring fence high value customers before onset of Mobile Number Portability).

ICICI Bank

Responsible for influencing health of the savings account portfolio using marketing analytics and next best action Programs. Implemented segment specific campaigns for dormants' win back, attrition control, onboarding of new customers, cross sell, channel migration, involuntary account closure etc.

Responsible for product & portfolio management for the Debit Cards business. Conceptualized and executed marketing activities which led to a 36% growth in spends at Point of Sale (POS) terminals and 35% growth in the purchase active base Introduced segmentation approach on the debit card portfolio resulting in roll out of sharply targeted marketing programs across multiple cohorts. Launched higher fee revenue card platforms like Platinum, Titanium and Signature Debit Cards.

Launched the ICICI Bank Visa Signature Credit card, the most premium card in ICICI Bank’s portfolio - developing the value proposition & marketing rollout plan across ATL/ BTL channels. Introduced Reward Points program on Debit cards on the i-mint platform (later Payback).

Launched 2 co-branded cards in the lucrative travel space - the Thomas Cook Titanium credit card  & ICICI Bank Sarovar Hotels credit card. Drove all the activities leading upto the card launch by working closely with various internal stakeholders like sales, policy, credit, operations, technology, legal, alliances, etc and external stakeholders like alliance partner, VISA/ MasterCard, agencies, vendors etc.

Led the development of brand value proposition for Home Loans basis sharp customer insights. The same was deployed via a multi-media campaign, including TV, print, digital and OOH Scaled up the online channel as a cost effective medium of generating 20K+ leads every month with costs per lead being 30% lower than print media. Launched a loyalty program for channel partners, the first of its kind in the home loan industry. Achieved centralization of communication across India, resulting in 14% savings on media costs and better compliance with the corporate brand guidelines.

Responsible for developing media strategy and implementation of media plans across all mediums for Pepsodent and Axe ( Unilever brands).
