Built and scaled the tech and product hiring function for a 60-member engineering team within a 200-member US-based health-tech company during a high-growth phase.

Key mandates include Head of Product Platform, Director of Engineering, Director of IT & Security, Staff/ Group PMs. 

	•	Rolled out over 40 offers, primarily for mid-to-senior roles, in under 7 months with a 70% closure rate, creating a predictable and high-quality hiring engine.
	•	Led end-to-end recruiting across Product, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, and Tech Support, driving alignment across functions through a unified hiring strategy.
	•	Partnered with US and India-based leadership to translate hiring goals into execution plans, ensuring talent pipelines met business and delivery timelines.
	•	Independently managed negotiations and offer rollouts for Data and Provider Operations teams, closing an additional 10+ offers.

Employee #6, at Crunch (Nexus VP-backed), I built and scaled the People function from scratch while supporting the company through a pivotal evolution—from a Web3-first approach to an AI analytics platform. I grew the team from 10 to 35 employees by leading full-cycle talent acquisition, setting up HR systems (Lever, Keka, Carta, Sprinto), and driving culture initiatives such as mental health partnerships and performance frameworks. As the company pivoted and downsized, I expanded into GTM and operations, handling cross-functional projects and working closely with leadership on product-market fit. This experience gave me a unique view into early-stage scaling, org restructuring, and strategic pivots.

👉 Created & implemented a Competitor Intelligence Dashboard, which is now being leveraged by multiple hiring managers

-Responsible for establishing and maintaining a proper communication channel with the industry and media houses.

-Organize ‘The Podium’ series, which is an annual corporate lecture series at the Institute. The series has featured corporate leaders from various established companies like Deloitte, L’Oreal, Nestle, Facebook, HDFC, PepsiCo and Honeywell to name a few.

-Responsible for expanding the presence of IIM Shillong on social media platforms (like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and promoting in-house events like Entrepreneurial Summits and Conferences.

-Reported to the Head of Controlling of the firm as a Financial Analysis and Controlling Intern

-Studied the concept of Price Escalation and conducted a PE analysis on one of the company’s leading projects in Bangalore by preparing a model and gave recommendations to the supply chain department for their procurement decisions

-Performed an Internal Budgeting and Cost Controlling procedure called Actualization for a current Project in Rajasthan consisting of three subprojects housing 150 water treatment plants, to improve profitability

-Assisted the Controller in identifying the projects showing over absorption of workforce costs by comparing various input data such as QPMS, Sales Module, and SAP (Recently implemented ERP)
