I grew the team from 10 to 35 employees by leading full-cycle talent acquisition, setting up HR systems (Lever, Keka, Carta, Sprinto), and driving culture initiatives such as mental health partnerships and performance frameworks. As the company pivoted and downsized, I expanded into GTM and operations, handling cross-functional projects and working closely with leadership on product-market fit.
