3. Launched marquee IPs & Events
→ Launched 20+ event IPs (Build-a-thons, Soirées, food tours, deep dives)
→ Hosted and managed high-value speakers & guests
→ Curated marquee events featuring leaders like Sajith Pai, Hemant Mohapatra, Arindam Paul, Swati Mohan, Utkarsh Gupta, Aviral Bhatnagar, Vaibhav Domkundwar

4. End-to-end ownership of events
→ Owned events 0→1 and 1→n: GTM, positioning, marketing, creatives, copies, launches, on-ground ops
→ Designed a large share of event creatives and visual assets in-house

5. Systems, process & platform work
→ Set up SOPs, processes, and automation for events & host operations
→ Built landing pages using AI tools to speed up launches
→ Worked closely on the GrowthX Events Platform - user research, feature scoping, tech collaboration, beta launches

6. Leadership
→ Built and led a team of 4
→ Owned planning, delegation, and execution across multiple cities and parallel tracks

Full-time community manager. Part-time music curator. Led end-to-end event execution, city expansion, 5 demo days with 500+ attendees. Set the foundation for host-led, scalable event programs. Also organised the 300-member Goa Offsite!
