Worked with CEO, CTO, product managers, and business teams to drive growth, prioritize execution, and scale Shop101 commerce business with team of 20 engineers. 

Oversaw implementation of 20+ business features while driving adoption of best engineering practises like mandatory approvals before merge, peer reviews, documentations, knowledge transfer sessions etc. 

Drove engineering hiring to grow the team size to 20.

Visa

Played the dual role of
● Technical Product Manager of APAC region for Loyalty and Marketing Integration Services focusing on the design and build of software solutions that leverage data to solve business problems. 
● Technical Architect and Hands-on Engineer to develop, implement and maintain these solutions.

● Led architecture, design, and development of a new pilot product Digital Engagement Engine from Visa which was integrated with a client for demonstration in Tokyo Olympics 2020. 
● Led/co-led architect, design, and development of two new core platforms of the Innovation Center : 
  • Digital Receipts – the patent idea of converting paper receipts to digital form
  • PlayDee – Visa’s first gamification-based consumer engagement application – 400+ active employee pilot users all from scratch where I have been responsible for managing end-to-end platform development and management while managing a team size of 18+.
● Led technical solution architect in 8 co-creations handling multinational clients from APAC and CEMEA like ICICI-India, NAB & PingData-Australia, etc.

● Led architect, design, and developed Innovation Platform from scratch which runs Visa capability demos across all Innovation Centers & Studios Globally in 9+ locations. 
● Co-led the technical solution architecture for 3 co-creations for clients across the APAC region.

● Core member of backend team of 6 which later grew to 15+ who designed, developed, and launched the Visa Developer Platform(https://developer.visa.com/) from Scratch.
● Improved the performance of this microservice architecture to a point where it was able to serve ~400 TPS. These microservices are REST Web Services and were written in Java and Spring MVC with Oracle and MongoDB as Data Sources.
● Designed automation of deployments of these microservices which reduced our deployment cycle from ~6 days to 1 day(82% improvement)
● Created 10+ dashboards and 50+ proactive alerts from scratch to monitor and report metrics related to the health and performance of VDP Platform. This increased the visibility of the availability of the platform from ZERO to 100%.
● Built an Android application to showcase the capabilities of VDP APIs for wallet providers. It was used for 20+ client interactions in Africa and other countries.

ORACLE FINANCIAL SERVICES SOFTWARE LIMITED

● Business Service Management - Developed and Designed a UI portal, its backend SOAP Web Services, and database using ADF. This portal enabled the operations team to perform admin-level tasks like creating services and transactions, searching for customer services, etc. as part of the Cloud Automation Platform.
● Analyzed and predicted the performance of a customer transaction using Oracle Data Miner and Hive on top of the Hadoop system.
● Developed an automation tool using JAVA to bulk update the databank values for customer transactions, reducing time for operations from approximately 5 mins to 40 secs (87% improvement).

● Developed an automation tool using JAVA to create a service with standard application (EBSO, PeopleSoft etc) transactions in Enterprise Manager according to customer requirements as part of BSM Setup which reduced time for operations from approx 5 mins to 30 secs (91% improvement).
● Designed, developed, and ported(10g/11g to 12c version) plug-ins for OEM (10g/11g/12c) to monitor various activities, such as disaster recovery, as per the specifications of the customers
● Developed the UI of the policy engine for Rapid Provisioning (of VMs and Applications) using Google Web Kit(GWT).

INRIA-Lille Nord Europe

● Designed an algorithm to extract n-ary query (having n-tuples) information from a set of web pages.
● The algorithm was built on top of unary query information extraction which learns from a set of examples.
● Implemented the above algorithm using O'Caml, a functional programming technique developed by Inria.
