Scaled Kaleidofin's north India B2B2C business from 4 to 500 branches in 8 states. 

Started out in a generalist business owner role where I worked with inclusive finance organizations (microfinance institutions, cooperative banks and business correspondents) to drive adoption of Kaleidofin's unique goal-based savings, credit underwriting and digital payments offerings among 2 million+ women entrepreneur borrowers. I gained experience in partner acquisition and relationship management, growth strategy, project management, hiring and team building in addition to conceptualising and implementing customer and agent-centric process and experience improvements. 

Grew into product and revenue ownership for goal-based savings (KaleidoGoals) and digital transformation for inclusive lenders (KaleidoPay).

- Executed equity offerings (initial public offerings and qualified institutions placements) aggregating to ~US$2 billion in the financial services and technology sectors including the first Indian IPO by a mutual fund asset manager

Grew it to 100+ users, got strong user pull, but hit the wall on institutional compliance. Realized the hard way that health hardware companies are better positioned to build AI layers on top of rich personal datasets.

Now, I’m the loudest voice in the room for health data interoperability.

- Took the brand on the road: ChinaJoy, PG Connects, MAU Vegas, meeting partners face-to-face long before "community-led growth" became a buzzword.
