AI GTM workflows for Women Leaders

You're setting GTM for the first time and want to pressure-test your thinking.

You own the plan but haven't had to defend it under a live crisis.

You advise on GTM and want reps against realistic scenarios.

Syed leads product marketing and partnerships at AccuKnox AI, a cloud security company.

He was AccuKnox's first product marketer, part of the team that grew ARR from $500K to $1M+, and has owned GTM strategy, positioning, messaging, and partner-sourced revenue across the company's lifecycle.

This session puts you inside GTM crises around pricing, trust, retention, and competitive response. Syed has run exactly those plays at AccuKnox, from developing go-to-market strategies for new product lines to driving retention through self-paced training and managing competitive positioning in the security market.

Manini is a community intern at GrowthX, where she curates experiences for the community.

She served as President and CEO of AIESEC in M.A.H.E., building operational and leadership skills across project management, people management, and event execution.

This is a team-based, time-pressured simulation that needs tight facilitation. Manini's background running large-scale operations and events at AIESEC makes her suited to keep the room moving and the exercise on track.

A GTM strategy you built, then watched break under a real crisis scenario

Clarity on how pricing signals who your product is for

A retention-before-acquisition frame you can apply to your own startup

First crisis starts early. No prep needed, just your laptop and punctuality.

Bring a laptop

You work in teams, making decisions under time pressure like a real founding team.

Small team exercise

GrowthX does not profit from this event. Fee goes to food and venue only.

Fee covers food and venue

Pick a GTM strategy for an early-stage company.

Take over a startup

One of 4 scenarios hits: pricing, trust, retention, or a competitor's move.

Face your crisis

Debrief on decisions made and what held up under pressure.

Wrap-up

No, this session is designed to be experienced live. Recordings don’t do justice to the quality of interaction and context you’ll gain by being present.

Will there be a recording?

You'll work in small teams, so you'll have to agree on decisions under time pressure, just like a real founding team.

Is this a team or solo exercise?

No prep needed. Just bring a laptop and show up on time, since the first crisis starts early.

Do I need to prepare anything?

GTM Deep Dive

You want to build hardware and see how production really works.

You write code every day but have never held a soldering iron.

You want to understand PCBs properly, from design files to the factory.

You've never touched hardware and want to start with a real device.

Ayussh leads GTM and community at GrowthX, and runs marketing and operations at Devfolio and ETHIndia.

He has managed production and operations for large-scale technical events, including India Blockchain Week and campaigns with Anthropic, Replit, AWS, and Coinbase.

Udayan is Co-founder and CEO of GrowthX, previously Product Lead for Growth at Razorpay.

He built the product growth team at Razorpay across payments, capital, and banking, and has worked on product growth with startups in San Francisco.

A wearable AI device you soldered yourself, tested and working

A clear idea of what's inside every consumer device you own

The ability to read a schematic, a PCB layout and factory files

Every step from an idea to a product on a shelf

The kit is worth ₹1,500: your PCB, every part, and the device you take home. Food is included. GrowthX covers the rest and makes nothing from this.

Your fee goes to the kit

Bring your own laptop. You'll need it during the build.

You'll be using soldering irons. Wear closed shoes, tie back long hair, and skip loose sleeves.

Dress for soldering

How a consumer device goes from an idea to something you can buy.

From idea to a product on a shelf

Go through the actual design files of a board and see how it was made.

Inside a real PCB

Solder your own kit into a working AI wearable, with mentors on the floor the whole time.

Build your wearable

What your own board would cost, how long it takes, and where to buy parts in India.

What to build next

Test your device and leave with it working.

Take it home

Your PCB, all the components, and the device you take home. GrowthX makes no money from this.

What's included in the price?

Yes. Most people in the room will be in the same position. Everyone gets their own kit, and mentors are on the floor the whole time to help.

I've never soldered or touched hardware. Is this for me?

The last section covers exactly that: what it costs, how long it takes, where to buy parts in India, and what your next board should be.

What if I want to build my own board after this?

Agents now shop, haggle and cancel. You need your product ready for them.

You've watched agents fumble your product and want to fix the surface they hit.

You've seen the same error retried fourteen times and want to build the fix.

You've cleaned up after an agent. Now build the thing that stops the mess.

Anandakumar is the founder of VibeHub, building a context layer for AI coding agents.

He has worked across data engineering, product management, and applied AI, including shipping LLM-powered tools and deep learning models at 5C Network that powered 10,000+ AI-generated radiology reports daily.

He builds the infrastructure that gives AI agents the context they need to act, which is exactly the problem this buildathon asks every team to solve.

One working piece of software an AI agent can use. Not a deck.

A live demo you ran in front of the room before you left.

A clear sense of which track (commerce, ops, autonomy) fits your problem.

Laptop, charger, and accounts on Claude, ChatGPT or Codex. Set up before you arrive.

Bring your own setup

One rule: the main user of what you build is an AI agent, not a human.

You build for agents, not humans

GrowthX does not profit from this session. The fee covers snacks, caffeine and lunch.

Fee covers food only

Come with your team or form one in the first 30 minutes.

Form teams or go solo

Pick a track. Ship something an AI agent actually uses.

Build starts

Show a before and an after. The room knows in 30 seconds if it works.

Live demos

No prizes, no judges, no pitch decks. Just what you shipped.

Wrap

background-color: var(--bg-color-orange);

No. You need to be comfortable building with AI tools. If you've shipped anything with AI before, you'll be fine.

Do I need to be a developer?

One small piece of software that an AI agent uses. Usually an MCP server (a plug-in that gives agents a new ability), an API endpoint, a middleware that sits in front of a website, or a dashboard.

What exactly am I building?

Either. Come with your team or form one in the first 30 minutes. Solo is fine too.

Can I come with a team, or will I be matched?

A laptop, a charger, and accounts on whichever agents you'll test with (Claude, ChatGPT or Codex). Set your tools up before you arrive so you don't lose build time.

What do I need to bring?

No. It's in-person only. Live demos are the whole format.

Will this be recorded or run online?

Build For Agents

You build or serve AI systems and want to pressure-test a paper's ideas with peers.

You read papers regularly but rarely get 10 people at a table to debate them.

You work on model serving, distributed training or inference and want applied angles.

Manthan is an AI Research Engineer at Zyphra, focused on inference engineering, GPU kernels and distributed training.

He previously contributed to an open-source agent orchestration project with ~20k stars at Agno and built data infrastructure at Merkle Science handling 50 million daily requests.

His day-to-day work on GPU kernels, model serving and AI systems is exactly the territory these research papers cover.

Udayan is Co-founder and CEO of GrowthX, the community behind this event series.
