Does GrowthX make any money with offsites?

Absolutely not. We don't make a single penny off these offsites, quite the opposite. We've done this three times before, and each time, we've actually spent 10 lakh in 2022, 5 lakh in 2023, 9 lakhs in 2024 & 7.5L again in 2025 and this year we will be putting 7.5 lakh rupees just to make sure you all have an unforgettable experience.

This isn't a profit play; it's an investment in our community, in each of you. Our goal is to bring together 300 like-minded individuals once a year to share, learn, and grow.

Community team puts in 60 days for making an event like this happen. From personally visiting venues to vendor negotiations and even securing licenses. It's a labor of love, and we believe it's worth every minute to provide you with an invaluable experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the check-in & check-out timings?Check-in: 3 pm, 31st Jan (Saturday) Check-out: 11 am, 2nd Feb (Monday) You should book your flights/bus/train or road trips with fellow members accordingly. Fun fact: Majority of GrowthX members either arrive in Goa a few days before or stay back after the offsite for a workation. This sort of an important offsite tradition :)

Does GrowthX make any money from this?Absolutely not. Just like the last 5 offsite, GrowthX spends well above Rs 7,50,000 & a lot of time to curate the best experience for our members. Room rents for Novotel in the month of January are well above Rs 35,000 excluding food. Making this as a group booking & extensive negotiation helps us share this pricing to our members.

What's included in the pricing?The pricing includes your stay for 3 days/2 nights, inclusive you stay on a double sharing basis, all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner & high-tea) & access to the offsite events. Excluding any transport/logistic cost to and from the venue + cost of any alcohol, beverage & additional food item ordered.

What's the refund policy? As this is a group booking, we unfortunately can't allow a refund or a transfer.

Can I bring along a partner, friend or colleague? Unfortunately no. The GrowthX Offsite is exclusively for members as we try to create a close-knit community experience and non-members will lack the context for the same. If you really want to get them in, please send them your referral link or ask them to become a member directly.
