Growth

A path for people who own acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation.

This path is for people who work in growth

Who can use this feature?

Requires an active GrowthX membership.

This path is for growth managers, growth marketers and product growth people. It also suits people who want to move into growth, and growth and marketing professionals who want repeatable systems.

Growth covers the whole loop: acquiring users, onboarding them, keeping them and making money from them. So this path starts broad and then goes into the tools growth people use every day:

  • growth models
  • data and experiments
  • brand
  • channel short courses

Start with Advanced Growth Strategy. Then pick the courses behind the constraint you are working on, watch the growth deep dives, and use GTM events to build systems with other growth people. The courses are recorded and self-paced.

What you need: Advanced Growth Strategy, the longer courses and Elevate are part of GrowthX membership. Events list their own access rules on each event page.

Start with Advanced Growth Strategy

Advanced Growth Strategy is GrowthX's flagship growth course. It is recorded and self-paced. It covers how to acquire users, onboard them, keep them engaged and make money from them, and how to build a growth process around it.

For growth, every chapter matters, because each is one stage of the loop you own:

  • Acquisition: channels, your ICP, organic growth, content loops and referral.
  • Onboarding: getting new users to value.
  • Engagement and Retention: building repeat use.
  • Monetisation: turning usage into revenue.

Start with the chapter for the stage that is your biggest constraint today, then cover the rest.

Go deeper with the growth courses

  1. Growth Model Design: break down your North Star metric into input levers and prioritise them.
  2. Data Led Growth: root cause analysis (RCA) and experimentation design that drive revenue impact.
  3. Brand Led Growth: design your brand wedge and apply it across every customer touchpoint.

Short courses by stage

Moving into a growth role

Crack Growth roles in Elevate covers what growth interviews test. Build Proof of Work helps you show what you can do. Full-time roles at ₹12 LPA or more are posted in #post-a-job. You are already in it.

Watch these growth deep dives

Deep dives are recorded sessions with operators. Start with these:

Pair each one with your own numbers. Write down what you would test and how you would know it worked.

Build growth systems at events

Open Events and look through the AI and In person tabs for what is coming up. Past events shows the formats that have run before, so you know what to look out for.

  • GTM buildathons: build a working GTM system for your own problem, such as an outbound engine, signal-based leads, a research agent or a growth loop. Then test it on others in the room.
  • Simulations: war-room sessions where you run a startup through pricing, trust, retention and competitor crises, then debate the decisions.
  • No-code voice AI buildathons: build a voice agent for business impact. Past editions were aimed at senior people in marketing, growth, product and sales.
  • Growth learning sessions: talks and workshops on growth topics.

Open an event and choose Register. Some events need host approval. Until the host responds, the event shows Pending Approval.

Your first two weeks

Week 1

  1. Name the stage that is your biggest constraint: acquisition, onboarding, retention or monetisation.
  2. Open Advanced Growth Strategy and finish that chapter first.
  3. Register for one growth or GTM event on Events.

Week 2

  1. Start Growth Model Design and map your North Star metric to its input levers.
  2. Pick the lever you can move fastest. Take the matching short course, such as Cohort analysis for retention.
  3. Watch Hypothesis testing for product growth. Then write one experiment with a baseline, a hypothesis and a success metric.

Record what happens when you run it, including what did not work.

Patience—you’re about to be impressed.
